Personnel Selection
We strive to minimise the impact of human factors, including potential errors by recruiters and hiring managers. That is why we prioritise test assessments over lengthy interviews. Our belief is that well-compiled online tests сontribute more to impartial and unbiased candidates’ assessment than numerous exhausting interviews. In addition, tests are more engaging and less stressful than the case studies and tasks typically used during an interview.
Mentorship
We train our new hires primarily through one-on-one mentoring. New employees are assigned to a project where they work closely with an experienced professional who can help them through the initial learning curve and provide sound and reasonable feedback.
