Interview process

Our hiring process generally includes a combination of written standardized tests, Skype interviews and personal interviews in the office. Unlike large corporates we do not make candidates wait ages.

Mentorship

We train newcomers largely by one-on-one mentorship. New hires are assigned to a project where they work closely with experienced professional who can help them through the initial learning curve and give them concrete feedback.

Requirements

  • Proficient user of Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, macros)
  • Experience in one or more data analysis packages or databases, e.g. SQL, R, Python and visualization tools
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Understanding of financial market instruments

Machine Learning Engineer

Tasks

  • Organize seamless auto-generation of configs for working with data
  • Refactor code
  • Conduct experiments with model
  • Organization, setting up, and maintaining ETL\ELT processes

Requirements

  • Have experience with ML/DL pipelines
  • Programming in Python
  • Experience in one or more deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow/Keras, or PyTorch

Senior C++ Developer

Tasks

  • Writing clean, tested code that will solve set tacks
  • Responsibility for some part of the codebase, that will solve problems in it and its development

Our features

Our team develops a trading platform which supports different Exchanges and operates various trading algorithmic strategies.

There are four areas:

  1. The core, that defines the general functionality of the platform
  2. Gateways that connect the platform with Exchanges
  3. Several applications for modelling trading strategies
  4. GUI applications (QT) to manage them all

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in C ++ 11
  • Experience in developing multi-threaded and network applications
  • Excellent knowledge of STL
  • Knowledge of basic algorithms and understanding of their complexity
  • Strong communication skills

Senior QA Engineer

Tasks

  • Manual testing of new and existing functionality with subsequent automation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a QA position, including a project with automated testing
  • Knowledge and understanding of software life cycle and processes of software development
  • Knowledge of basic types of testing and design techniques

  • Experience in testing high-performance multi-threaded applications and multi-component systems
