Careers
Quantum Brains believes that building teams starts with hiring exceptional people. We are constantly looking for talented individuals with strong analytical skills and passion for excellence. Most of our team members don’t have traditional finance background. They come from various disciplines including mathematics, physics, computer science and biology. Diversity helps us to progressively develop one-firm mindset and helps to see that others in the industry don’t.
Interview process
Our hiring process generally includes a combination of written standardized tests, Skype interviews and personal interviews in the office. Unlike large corporates we do not make candidates wait ages.
Mentorship
We train newcomers largely by one-on-one mentorship. New hires are assigned to a project where they work closely with experienced professional who can help them through the initial learning curve and give them concrete feedback.
